Her family-run factory, consisting of her husband, sons, daughters, and extended family—more than 30 people including kids, wives, and daughters—truly keeps this a family affair. The factory is renowned for producing a wide range of olive wood products. Itaf works with the women of the family to create rosaries and bracelets. Each piece is handmade with love and care, ensuring that the rich tradition of olive wood carving continues to flourish in the Holy Land.
